Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to report the theft of my bag on 18.02.19 outside Gandhi Nagar metro station. Two men on a motorbike approached me and snatched my bag away, causing me to lose my balance and preventing me from noticing the bike's number. By the time I regained my composure and tried to chase them, they had already disappeared from the scene. 

The stolen bag contained some important official documents and cash. I am assuming that the bag was stolen for its contents. I request you to please take swift action in this regard as these documents are of utmost importance to me. I have also filed a complaint regarding the same matter. 

I would be grateful if you could please help me locate and retrieve my stolen documents. Your assistance and cooperation in this matter would be highly appreciated.
